ORDERS & RETURNS
Bella and Brooks Swimwear will happily offer a store credit for instances where you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with a product or size. Please note, refunds will not be offered for returned purchases.
All items must be returned in their original condition which includes sanitary labels being intact and tags still attached. The item must not have been worn, washed or soiled.
Please note Bella and Brooks reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
All returned items must be received by Bella and Brooks within 7 days of the date you received your parcel.
We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items.
Bella and Brooks will not be held liable for any lost returns and we strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details. The cost involved in returning an item to Bella and Brooks will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customers sole responsibility.
All returns will be processed within 2 business days. Once we have received your returned package and inspected the garments, you will be contacted via email and provided a credit note.
The cost of return shipping to and from Bella and Brooks is at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded or added to your credit note.
All credit notes are valid for 6 months, we recommend you use your credit note as soon as possible. To organise a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and details of the return. We will then provide you with a return authorisation. Any returns sent to us without an authorisation will be returned to sender. Bella and Brooks does not offer price adjustments. The sale price can only be guaranteed during the sale period, not before or after.
In the unlikely event that your swimwear arrives damaged please contact us immediately at the email address above with an image of the damaged item and we will get back to you right away.
